Holistic Yoga Teacher Training

Join us for a transformative journey with our Holistic Pathways Yoga Teacher Training. This comprehensive 200-hour program includes the Personal Development Path as well as the Yoga Teacher Path after which you may register with Yoga Alliance to receive your RYT 200 Certification.

You're invited to spend your first five weeks of training in the personal development path, and then we will dive deep the last four weeks into your teaching practice.


Here is what you'll receive:

Personal Evolution Path: Immerse yourself in the study and practice of yoga, focusing on personal growth and self-discovery. This path is designed for those who wish to deepen their understanding of yoga and integrate its principles into their daily lives.

Yoga Teacher Path: In addition to personal development, this path includes advanced training in teaching methodology, practice teaching, and mentorship. Learn to guide others with confidence and compassion, and gain the skills needed to become a certified yoga teacher. Once you complete the Yoga Alliance 200hr requirements you will receive a Certificate of Graduation and will be able to Register with Yoga Alliance.

This professional program prepares you to build or enhance a private practice as well as teach group classes. While there is an emphasis on private practice and small groups, you will be taught how to teach students of any size. Our training offers people in the health and leadership fields the tools to become more connected to themselves and those they support. Understanding connection is the key to healing.

Our program emphasizes a holistic approach, incorporating somatics, self-study and compassion as foundations of the practice. It is ideal for individuals looking to integrate yoga into various professional fields, including counseling, massage therapy, physical therapy, and more. Whether you seek personal and spiritual growth or aspire to lead others on their healing journey, our training provides the tools and support you need to succeed.
