Description: Radiant Release is a warm, infrared‑supported class that blends mindful challenge with deep restorative release. We begin with slow, intentional strength work to awaken stability, presence, and embodied awareness. As the practice softens, you’ll transition into long, supported shapes designed to unwind tension, regulate the nervous system, and invite spacious rest.

The gentle infrared warmth supports circulation, comfort, and deeper relaxation without the intensity of hot yoga. Students often describe the heat as soothing, grounding, and deeply therapeutic — a warmth that helps the body soften and the mind settle.
