Somatic movements invite you to sense, soften, and shift habitual patterns with curiosity rather than effort. Yin postures are supported and spacious, giving your body time to open naturally while your mind settles. The combination creates a deeply quiet and restorative experience that feels calming, clarifying, and quietly transformative.

Expect simple, mindful movement followed by extended quiet holds that help you drop beneath the noise of the day and return to a more regulated, centered state.
