Description: Core Energy is a warm, grounded strength class designed to activate your center, build internal heat, and cultivate resilience from the inside out. This practice blends intentional movement, longer holds, breath, and functional core work to support stability, posture, and whole‑body vitality.

The warm, infrared‑supported environment offers a steady, gentle heat that encourages circulation and muscle suppleness. Unlike hot yoga that heats the air, infrared warmth is absorbed directly by your body, creating a smoother, more breathable experience that feels grounding and sustainable.

Sweat Factor: Light to moderate — you’ll build heat through strength and breath, with optional sweat depending on your pace and body.

Expect an empowering, focused practice that strengthens your foundation, balance and leaves you feeling energized, clear, and capable.

What to Bring / What to Expect

  • Warm, infrared‑supported room: 72–82°F (steady, supportive warmth — not hot yoga)

  • Bring water to stay hydrated

  • Bring a towel for comfort and grip

  • Wear breathable layers you can move in

  • Arrive a few minutes early to settle into the warmth

  • Optional: your own mat, a small hand towel, or electrolytes if you tend to dehydrate easily
