Description: Release & Restore is a soothing blend of gentle movement, deep rest, poetry and healing practices. This class invites you into a slow, grounding experience designed to unwind tension and nourish the nervous system.

Integrating gentle, mindful movement to soften the body and create space. As the practice deepens, you’ll transition into extended restorative postures supported with props. Each session weaves in some type of healing modalities such as yoga nidra, sound healing, breathwork, or guided relaxation to help you settle deeply into stillness.

This practice is ideal for anyone seeking stress relief, emotional reset, or a quiet space to reconnect with themselves. Accessible to all levels, Release & Restore offers a sanctuary for rest, renewal, and inner ease.

What to Bring / What to Expect
