Community Yoga Class

A welcoming, donation‑based class led by Chattanooga Yoga School trainees

Join us every Friday evening for Community Yoga, a donation‑based class designed to bring people together in a supportive, inclusive environment. These classes are taught by current trainees of Chattanooga Yoga School who are actively developing their teaching skills and moving toward graduation. Your presence supports their growth and helps them gain real experience guiding a room with care and confidence.

What to Expect

Mindful, Accessible Movement

Enjoy a gentle, beginner‑friendly sequence designed to support relaxation, mobility, and steady strength. Each class reflects the trainee’s unique voice while staying grounded in the principles they’re learning in their training.

Supportive Learning Environment

These teachers‑in‑training are practicing the art of teaching—offering cues, pacing, and presence as they refine their skills. Your participation helps them grow, and together we create a space where learning and community meet.

Community Connection

Share space with fellow practitioners and feel the collective energy of a group practicing together. Community Yoga is a place to belong, breathe, and be supported.

Donation‑Based

This class is offered on a donation basis to keep it accessible to everyone. Contributions of any amount help sustain this offering and support the studio and this learning container.
