Gentle Flow is a slow, nourishing practice that blends yin shapes, gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation to support the body and mind in softening, opening, and recalibrating. This class invites students to explore their inner landscape with curiosity and compassion.

Gentle Flow honors the natural rhythms of the body and environment.

Each class is designed to create a safe, supportive space where students can move at their own pace, listen inward, and cultivate steadiness through stillness and breath.
