While no payment is required, donations are welcome to support accessible wellness and help this space continue to serve. Come as you are—all bodies, backgrounds, and lived experiences are welcome. Part movement class, part mini-workshop, this session helps you experience clear, loving boundaries in your body. We’ll blend functional movement, visualization, and reflective journaling. What to Expect: Light movement, guided inquiry, space to explore what yes/no feels like in your body. Great for caregivers, empaths, and anyone craving clarity.
