I’m excited to share that our new class schedule begins this January, and it’s full of warm, grounding, and energizing practices designed to support you as we step into a fresh year together.

You’ll notice that all of our heated classes now use infrared‑supported warmth. We use infrared because it warms the body directly — not just the air — creating a gentle, breathable, nervous‑system‑friendly heat that supports circulation, mobility, and deeper opening without the overwhelm of traditional hot yoga. Students often describe it as a soft, radiant warmth that feels grounding and therapeutic.

And the best part: You get to choose the temperature experience that feels right for your body. We offer:

  • Warm Infrared (Core Energy)

  • Warm–Heated Infrared (Radiant Release)

  • Heated Infrared (Radiant Flow)

  • Regular Temperature (Middle Ground, Buti, Release & Restore)
